Users are prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, or files of servers owned by NEXT DIGITAL HUB, S.L., and shall be liable for any civil or criminal consequences arising from negligent or malicious actions affecting such servers or security systems.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

Any use of the services provided by NEXT DIGITAL HUB, S.L. that infringes intellectual property legislation is prohibited, including but not limited to:

1. Any use contrary to Spanish law or that infringes the rights of third parties.

Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of deleted data, as such data may have been altered or deleted between backup periods.

Except for specific backup services, the services offered do not include the restoration of content stored in backups when the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery process, subject to the user’s prior acceptance.

Data restoration is included in the service price only when the loss of content is attributable to NEXT DIGITAL HUB, S.L.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI), NEXT DIGITAL HUB, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any equivalent electronic means unless such communications have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipient.

Where there is a prior contractual relationship with a user, NEXT DIGITAL HUB, S.L. may send commercial communications relating to products or services that are similar to those originally contracted by the customer.
