To reinforce its commitment to quality, the organization has decided to implement an integrated Quality and Information Security Management System in accordance with the international standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 (latest update: 27/08/2024) and UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (latest update: 27/08/2024).

Quality and Information Security Policy

The implementation of this system entails compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement. Specifically, the management policy of NEXT DIGITAL HUB S.L. is based on the following principles:

• Commitment to our clients by providing solutions that are tailored to their specific needs and circumstances, fostering long-term relationships and trust in the quality and excellence of our work, while ensuring appropriate information security.
• Effective allocation of roles and responsibilities to ensure that quality and information security are embedded at every level and across all organizational activities.
• Raising awareness and motivating employees regarding the importance of implementing and developing a management system, while ensuring they receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively within the organization.
• Promoting awareness among employees of information security best practices.
• Establishing the necessary controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information managed by the organization.
• Implementing and maintaining internal management and control measures to comply with requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated Quality and Information Security Management System, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Commitment from top management to provide the resources necessary for achieving the objectives of the management system.

In accordance with these principles, management reaffirms its strong commitment to achieving these objectives through a coordinated effort across the organization. This policy is therefore understood, implemented, maintained, and kept up to date at all levels of the company.
